Returns Policy

 
 

Items purchased from Caroline Mitchell Ltd. may be returned or exchanged if you are not happy with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item please advise us within 7 days from the date the item was delivered. Items must not have been used or damaged in any way. You will be responsible for the cost of postage/courier for returned goods unless the original item was picked incorrectly or faulty. You must get a "Return Authorisation (RA)" number to return any item.

How to return an item

After being issued your RA#, please rewrap your item in all its original packaging. All paperwork must be returned to us and the item must be in good condition. Please re-package your item carefully so that it returns to us undamaged.

You will be responsible for the package until we receive it so please make sure your item is insured and/or able to be traced. We recommend using an insured postage/courier method as we will not accept any responsibility for items we ourselves have not shipped.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty please contact us via email as soon as possible. We will issue you an RA #, and you can send the items back using the above criteria. Once we receive the item we will replace or refund. Caroline Mitchell Ltd. will cover the cost of returning faulty items and also the postage/courier cost of replaced items.

If the item was purchased for one of our stockists, please return it to the stockist you purchased it from to handle the return.
