About Caroline Mitchell
Caroline Mitchell Ltd is a New Zealand based family-run design company. We have many customers from museums and art galleries to independent gift stores in New Zealand and Australia.
Created by Caroline Mitchell, the business has produced beautiful, locally inspired collections since 2003. Sadly, Caroline lost her battle with cancer in 2008 and we miss her dearly.
Caroline was incredibly creative and individually designed each product down to the last thread and sequin. Her love of design coupled with a love for people has resulted in a very successful business.

It is a business that David her husband; Melissa, Caroline's fantastic assistant; and George, her eldest son, are proud to be carrying on. Between us we hope to emulate her creativity and passion.
About the future
Happily all of Caroline’s four children are blessed with her creativity. Melissa’s arrival in 2007 from the fashion industry in New York City has added another creative mind to the mix. We are always developing new ideas for both our New Zealand and Australian collections. We also design bespoke ranges tailored to our customers’ requirements.
